Why This Blog Exists

I love everything about food! I like to eat it, create it, and critique it. My name is Steve and I live in Philadelphia. I am a graduate of The Restaurant School. Even though I majored in Restaurant and Hotel Management I love to cook. I have worked in a few restaurants from a family restaurant to finer dinning establishments and a little bit of catering. I have been lucky enough to experience what goes on behind the scenes and it has given me a new appreciation for what it takes to get that food to the table.

This city is really starting to rise in the culinary world. We have great restaurants pooping up all over and our chefs are showing up more and more on TV. I am lucky to be part of this exciting time and I want to share it with others. When I was getting ready to graduate I gave thought to being a food critic; what better way to start than blogging! Since I also love to cook, I wanted to share my triumphs and failures with you as well. So come join me on this Adventure in Cuisine!
